Christmas in Houston!
We had a great Christmas in Houston, visiting Michael's family. We managed to survive the long car trip down (and Sawyer did too!). Once we got there, Sawyer had the time of his life. He loved all of the attention that he got from everyone. Some of Sawyer's highlights from the trip are in the pictures below.

Here is Sawyer going on the slide at the playground. He had so much fun going up and down on this slide, you would have thought that it was twice as long.

Sawyer is such a little boy. He was fascinated by this huge nerf gun. Michael would help him pump it, then Sawyer would pull the trigger, and laugh and laugh. They trained him so well that he would shoot the gun, retrieve the nerf bullet, and run back to do it all over again!

Are you really going to let me drive Grandma Elliott's new car?! Sweet!

Michael and Sawyer at the Butterfly Conservatory at the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Sawyer loved all of the butterflys. They were really pretty. It felt like we were in a tropical rainforest.

Our favorite Christmas present!

Sawyer had to figure out what this big snow globe was.

Sawyer while opening presents, and wearing a new hat. We are amazed that he even left this hat on long enough for a picture.
